Thread: Help Needed Please

Hello my wife has a HTC Touch HD and has been trying to get bbciplayer working via our wifi connection on it, the site loads up fine and you can select the program, the program then starts to load up and it comes up buffering the program will then start but only plays for 2 seconds everytime then no sound and no picture yet the timer on the iplayer says its still going. Can anyone help PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE.
