Thread: Screen wont come back on from standby/powersave mode

just recently mt htc screen intermittantly wont come back on from standby/powersave mode - the phone is still on as the volume can be heard changing when depressing the volume button and the power off option is audible when pressing the power on/off button - incoming calls also wont bring it back - the reset button will only make the phone vibrate for a second after pressing and holding it for approx. 30 sec - the only remedy is removing the battery and replacing it and even this may require several atttempts - currently turned the powersave options off and only put into standby manually but same fault still occured - max
