Thread: HTC TOUCH HD Radio update, 3G fix?

hello everyone
i'm kinda new to HTC phones and I recently bought the touch hd and has worked out ok. The only issue is that i did not pay attention to the configured frequency not working with my carriers 850mhz gsm signal.
I've read in some other threats that it will only work on EDGE but I also read that putting a radio file from another phone (i.e fuze) might do the trick... is this possible? or would it brick my phone?
