Thread: Lost windows live contacts

I own the htc tp and one day i tried to sign in on windows messenger for a second it loaded all my contacts but then it narrowed it down 80. i checked on my laptop from 117 to 37.i thought it was microsoft servers glitch. the thing is that it happened today with my friends tp as well. What is happening?i have the latest official rom. Any admins if they could tranfer it to other threads as well that might be more helpfull.

I found out a really easy solution for people losing all their contacts from windows live messenger when this http://www.theunwired.net/?itemid=3985 happens.
Just go to tools-options-privacy and there you will find the allow and block list which still remains intact even if all the contacts are gone.Right click on the contacts you want and add them again. This could be sticky subject cause lots of people dont use their windows live messenger in the fear of something like this happens to them.Hope this helps
