Thread: Backlight

Hi. I have an HTC touch pro..
When I using the phone and put the phone up to my ear the back light turns off, But when Im calling my voice mail
I need to put in my password but the screen is dark and it doesnt come back on so there is no way to enter my password
any I dea's

The screen shuts off during a call to prevent you from activating the touchscreen with your cheek. In order to reactivate the screen: press the power button.
