Thread: How to establish internet "Favorites & email "Contacts"?

Hello:

New to the Forum and could use a little help. I have a new CDMA Touch Pro and can not figure out how to add internet "Favorites" and/or email "Contacts".
This is all new to me so please keep your responses suitable for a dummie :lol:

To add Inet faves:
for WM6.1
1) open Inet Explorer
2) using the address bar; go to the website that you wish to add
3) tap "Menu", then "Add To Favorites"

for WM6.5
1) open Inet Explorer
2) using the address bar; go to the website that you wish to add
3) tap the "Faves" icon {Star}, then tap the "Add" Icon {+}

*Note: You can also enter a fave without going to the site. When you tap the "Add" icon, you have the option to enter the fave info manually. just enter a name & the URL & you will have maually added a fave.

To add Email addys to your contacts:
For WM6.1 & WM 6.5
1) open the "Contacts" program
2) tap the contact that you want to add an email addy to
3) tap "menu", then "Edit"
4) enter the email addy in the "Email" field.

*Note: This should be done using WMs "Contacts" program, not the SenseUI or TF3D interfaces.
Email addys can only be added to the contacts that are stored on the device, & will not work for SIM card contacts.
