Thread: First name first on contact list?

Hi,
Its my first post here and seeking a help.
i have HTC touch Pro 2 and all names in my contacts reads last name first than first name.i'm used to have them read first name than last name with other phones.
Is there any trick to store them first name than last name like Bob Smith.Not Smith,Bob.
