    Default HTC Fuze touchscreen not responding

    Phone was left on overnight and the battery was very low. I found the touch screen was not responding. I charged the phone and shut it off. Upon restart still no use of touchscreen. It did show touchflo loading on the restart. Is this a software or hardware issue? Can I get a fix without a hard reset? This has wm 6.1. Please advise.
