Default HTC Touch Pro's specs on Verizon

Why would HTC neuter the Touch Pro like they're doing, 128mhz slower clock speed, 128mb less ram, no motion G sensor, Wireless b/g?! what is the meaning of this?! Are they TRYING to get people to NOT buy their phone? I was looking forward to this phone, but not anymore, not if they're going to just going to strip off important components like that. Are they trying to release another RAZR? Stripped of key components and functionality??

It seems weird that HTC would make a lower stripped model of the same device, maybe it's because it's a sprint document? Maybe it's because it's not the final specs? We can only hope...

I wish I could find the link again. But I read somewhere else that the lower specs listed may have been a Sprint thing. It was believed that there should be no neutering of the Touch Pro. I would hate to see such a good item stripped down by a company and its functionality reduced. It just doesnt make any sense. Especially when it looks like AT&T may be coming out with a fully powered version of it.

Indeed, my Fuze had the same specs as the european touch pro but works on US 3G.
