Thread: Touch Pro contacts "file as" Sync problem with gmail contacts Sync

I sync via microsoft exchange with Activesync direct to gmail and everytime i sync, if i have changed a contact on the device to "file as" to say - company first then contact name the contacts on the device refer to the name first only.

I have 1200 contacts, mainly be company first and cant remember everyones first names when i need to get hold of a company. is there any free software that can resolve this. My alternative is to buy a newer phone as i have been looking for a long time now. Thanks
