    Default Touch Pro2 activation

    Hi,
    I have bought a Sprint Touch Pro2 from USA for my use here in Philippines. When I insert my Globe Sim card the phone recognizes the network right away but then before I can make a call it goes to Hands Free Activation mode. I then get a message;

    "Your activation could not be completed. To try again select "Update Profile" from Start/Settings/System. If the problem persists you may need to contact Customer Service.
    Error Code: 1012

    If I cancel the message then go to the phone screen everything works fine and I can make calls as normal. This happens every time I power off and power on again. It is not a problem - just annoying.

    Does anyone know how I can get rid of this activation problem please.
