Thread: only works with headset or speaker on

Hi i am having problems with my Touch Pro 2, all of a sudden it only works if I use the headset or speaker turned on. If I try to make a call without this I can't hear the phone at the other end ringing and when the person answers (which I can't hear either) they can't hear me speaking.

If I plug the headset in it all works normally.

I have done a reset and still no joy.

Getting pretty desperate now to find a solution.
