Thread: Doesn't make outgoing calls

I have a touch pro 2 from Sprint. This month, I travelled to the Philippines and decided to change the SIM card at the back to a SIM card here. Its been working OK until this morning when it stopped being able to make outbound calls, or texts. I do receive incoming calls but its a little inconvenient. Please help!

Check the phone settings & make sure the Call Barring is disabled.

Have you called the customer support for the SIM you are using? This is probably not an issue with the phone since you were able to use it before. It is more likely that it has something to do with the network that you are using. Are you sure you have minutes available? Many providers do not allow outgoing voice/text when the account is overdue/out of Minutes {& only allow incoming for 24hrs}.
