Thread: Will not install updates & hot fixes

Hi all,
Wonder if anyone has any ideas about this problem.
My phone will not allow me to install any of the HTC updates or hotfixes or ROM upgrades.
Whatever I try I get the error "this hotfix is not compatible with this device"
I've given the SN number to HTC support who have confirmed that the phone is a standard T7373 unbranded & not locked to any network & that the upgrades should work.
I have asked them to investigate but, well.....
Anyone got any ideas here, I've done a complete reset back to factory default but makes no difference?
Any advice would be very welcome as text messaging is getting ridiculous, send 3 for 1 to succeed.
