Thread: 4 buttons lights are always on

I have a HTC Touchpro 2 for a year, The last few days a problem arose that the 4 buttons at the bottom are always light up. Is this software issue? anybody else having problems with this????

Have you tried resetting, and if so do you still have the problem?

Yes I have both soft rest and hard reset with no luck.
