    Default Exchange email domain field issue

    I'm a helpdesk technician and one of my user's has an HTC Touch Pro 2 that we can't setup her company email on. The problem seems to be that I can't specify a domain. The field is there during setup and in the account settings menu but it is grayed out and I can't type anything in it. What could be causing this??
