Thread: HTC Mega Self Reset Problem

My phone resets itself.
I removed all programs except SBP Mobile Shell.
I tried hard reset but problem did not solved.
Anyone else have this problem ?

First try to reinstall or upgrade your ROM. There may be a glitch in the current ROM that is causing this problem. You can find ROM upgrades on HTC's website as well as your carrier's site {if it's branded}.

If reinstalling/upgrading the ROM doesn't help; There may be a physical issue that is causing the problem. If you purchased the phone from your carrier; then call customer service about repairs. If the phone is unbranded {or even if it is branded} you can call HTC warranty services for repair as well.
