Thread: Touch 2 Freezing problem need help!!!

Hi I have an HTC Touch 2(T3320) and it freezes up frequently. Every time this happens I have to do a hard reset, but again after 15 days samr problem persists. i dont use any extra software part from what comes with it. I only use Facebook when i access internet no other site. pls help me find a way out of this....

This used to happen to my phone very often. Check the emails that you receive. If one of them doesnt have a 'sent' date ( i used to get such mails from indiabulls without any date) and if you click on such a mail, the phone will invariably hang. you should go to the message folder from the start menu and then delete the mail. If you click on the mail preview on the home screen, it will freeze and you will have to restart. I have tried this several times and this always works.
