A new HTC user here...

May I noe hw to save the software into phone after downloaded in .cab file format

You can either connect the device to your PC via ActiveSync/WMDC & copy the .cabs to the device. Or you can use a card adapter & isert your MicroSD into the card adapter & transfer them that way. Once you have the .cab files on your card, just use the built in explorer to access them. Just 'Click' on the file & it will install the program.
