    Default Problems receiving e-mail

    Hello

    I bought an HTC Touch 2 (windows mobile) a month ago and it as not been possible yet to configure my e-mail professional address on my HTC, so to receive my e-mail’s on the phone . Otherwise, synchronising my g-mail personal address was a matter of minutes !!!!.

    In the company I work for, we use Microsoft Exchange Server (Outlook) and several Black Berrys are connected and working properly. But I have no found any way to do the same with my HTC. After talking several times with HTC support team, they assure me that the problem must be in the Microsoft Exchange Server, but they cannot help me with that. So, I would be very grateful if someone with the same problem could advise me what we must check booth in the phone and in the Microsoft Exchange Server (Outlook) configuration that may cause this problem. I guess it may be a small thing, but I can not find it ...

    You need first to check the data connection settings and email protocol settings for your ISP. They are of course different for each service provider and are specified by them.
