Thread: P3600 dictionary edit

I have a P3600 (hand-me down from my daughter) which contains several mis-spellngs in the messaging dictionary. I have synched with my laptop using Outlook but cannot access or find the dictionary on the computer. There is a folder "My Dictionary" but it is empty. Can anyone help?

You must be referring to the Word Completion function. The simplest is to clear custom word entries (or misspellings).

Settings > Personal > Input > Word Completion
click [Clear stored Entries]

Thanks for your reply, but in the word completion text the only options are

suggest words when entering text
suggest after entering x letters
suggest x words
add space after suggested word
replace text as you type

I was trying to edit out some mis-spelled words that I've added to the dictionary and came across the original post. I couldn't find either of the 2 files suggested in the first reply but on looking through the Windows folder I came across a file called eT9MyWords.exe - which let me open the list (on the phone) and edit, delete and add words.
