Thread: NO SERVICE message on TYTN II

I purchased an UNLOCKED ATT Tytn II, took it to Jamaica and was able to use LIME (a local GSM provider) sim to make and receive calls.

However I am unable to use DIGICEL (another GSM provider) sim card. It tells me NO SERVICE. the SIM card works in other phones. someone mentioned that I need to change the band. However there is NO tab for band selection.

what am I doing wrong? thanks
