Thread: HTC Wildfire S Language Help

Hi everyone,

I just got my first Android phone for christmas today and I am loving it! I have just got a small issue that I could not find the solution to on the internet.

I found that the Android Marketplace displays all items in the RS currency which is Indian currency. Since I live in New Zealand I find it odd that the currency doesn't automatically change to NZD. I read somewhere that changing the language on the phone will change the currency in the Marketplace. The language on my phone is set to "English (India)" and I am fairly sure this is why all items are displayed in Indian currency.

Basically, my question is, how do I change the language in my phone from "English (India)" to "English (New Zealand)". When I try to change the language I only get the option "English".

You could try locale switch from android market
