Thread: Adding numnbers to "People"

I have started putting peoples Home or Work numbers into my People history, everytime I get a text from someone, it has their mobile number in blue before the text message. Is this normal? When my People (address book) only had mobile numbers in it, this never happened.

Also when I want to send a text and type in the first two or three letters of the recipients name to send it, it brings up every one of their phone numbers. Such a nuisance having to actually look carefully and choose the mobile one. Have I put my names into the address book (People) incorrectly?
