Thread: Wildfire and HTC Sync 3.0.5511 Issue Updating Library

Hello All,

I have a Wildfire and running HTC Sync V.3.0.5511. I cannot get HTC Sync past Updating HTC Library when loading HTC Sync. After a while the window just dissapears. I can connect my Wildfire to the PC using my UCB cable and enabling debugging and it says connected but will no Sync.

Can anyone help me? It has been a problem since i got my phone 4 months ago.

I am very frustrated and afraid to tell my iPhone friends who will just laugh at me for buying an Android product. This is awful!

All I get is a flash screen that says 'Updating htc library...' which goes away after a couple minutes.

I have read all the threads and tried everything suggested.

I am running a Sensation XE and trying to link to a Windows 7 computer on a small business 2003 server network

I have the same problem too. Where can I download some of the earlier versions? The installer of the current one is obviously buggy....
