Thread: sms received not vibrate

When my Wildfire receives a text it only vibrates if it is not on silent - which doesn't seem a lot of good. SMS vibrate is selected in settings...
Anyone know how to sort this?

hold the volume button down. it will decrease volume, then go into silent mode and then vibrate

with the volume turned down it does not vibrate either when message received or reminder alert triggered. I checked in Setting and Notifications and vibrate is selected.
ohh err... .. it's working now (especially since I downloaded Missed Text and Calendar Snooze)
How do I delete this post?
