About LinkBacksYou may need to install the visual C++ 2008 redistributable package to update the actual windows driver. Uninstall HTC Synch. Download and install the visual C++ 2008 redistributable package (32 bit or 64 bit). Reboot your computer then reinstall HTC synch.
