Thread: need help brothers

dears all
i have just bought HTC HD and it is from telstra mobile.
it has many things wich are not working like news, weather , sports ect.
can some one tell me how we can just format the mobile to not be under this telstra.
or how i can change the windos from the scratch so there shouldn't be any thing related this telstra mobile.
