Can't enable "Speech for phone accessability" txt to speech on mango
Hi
I have an HTC HD7 model T9292 with Mango (7.5) installed and I'm missing the option to enable speaking caller ID via "Speech for phone accessibility". There is no slider to turn it on/off. I have vibrate disabled and the volume turned up. I've got English set as language and region.
I've tried a factory reset but still cannot enable this feature.
Anyone else with this problem or any ideas on how to enable it?
Thanks

Hi,
I have an HTC TITAN model X310e with Mango (7.5) installed and I am also missing the option to enable speaking caller ID via "Speech for phone accessibility". There is no slider to turn it on/off.

I have both the HTC HD7S and the HTC Titan and both have that feature. Both phones were updated between 11/19/2011 and 11/21/2011. Maybe check to see if there are more updates.
