Thread: Where can BUGS be reported to HTC on the fora?

Wondering where on these fora bugs can be reported to HTC so that I can get a response from HTC.

Tried emailing support multiple times and never even get a reply, it's unbelievable that customer support don't do 'customer support'.

Do any HTC employees monitor and respond to these forums?

Thanks HTC for your **** forums.

Obvious that the forums are only for frustrated customers to vent their feelings on, not a real forum where answers are given.

I know one thing and that is you can jamb your devices where the sun don't shine, I'll never buy another HTC device again, one was enough.

Oh, and I'll spread the word too.
